Three months later, he presented with ataxia. Imaging revealed infiltration involvingthe pons and cerebellum, with new pleuropulmonary nodules. Lung-biopsy findings were consistent with recurrent low-grade T-cell lymphoma. Thepatient received photopheresis therapy and then underwent autologous stem-cell transplantation. During his today’s visit, 10 months aftertransplantation, he continued to have remission but continues to receive photopheresis treatment.• Patient 2:o Nursing Diagnosis (to be included in the paper) =>Anxiety related to social pressures of invasive and life changing surgery of genderreassignment surgery.o Patient Scenario:25-year-old patient is admitted for part 2 of gender reassignment surgery from female to male.
