Each citation is followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph: the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the article.

Due Date: Day 6 (Saturday) of Week 5 by 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the US).

Briefly review 3 articles that relate to health care equity, accessibility, or cost that are linked to your project or your practice. (articles must not be older than 5 years: 2009-2014).
Write two concise paragraphs that summarizes the central theme and scope of the article. Include one or more sentences that (a) evaluate the authority or background of the author, (b) comment on the intended audience, (c) explain how this work illuminates your topic or practice.
Write a third paragraph reflecting your thoughts about why you selected the article. The assignment is a total of nine paragraphs, as you will write three for each annotated article.
Your annotated bibliography should be in APA format, you do NOT need to include a cover page or running header, but spacing, and bibliography (the three references) need to be in APA format.
